AAPT Sales and Implementation Team
1. Will I still be dealing with my Sales Executive/Account Manager?
Your Sales Executive or Account Manager will continue to deal with you directly, and remains your first point of contact within AAPT.
 
2. Do I need to get in touch with Sales Implementation myself?
A member of the Sales Implementation Team will contact you once they receive your request for a new or amended service from Sales.
 
3. How will the Sales Implementation Team know what I want?
Your Sales Executive or Account Manager will be providing the Sales Implementation Team with an outline of what services you require. Sales Implementation will then complete all the required information by speaking with a nominated representative from your company.
 
4. Can I still complete forms myself and send them to my Account Manager?
Sales Implementation will now be completing all order forms on your behalf. Please ask your Account Manager for further details, should you like additional clarification.
 
5. Can I call the Sales Implementation Team directly to place a new request?
You should still go to your Sales Executive or Account Manager if you have a new request.
 
6. Am I going to get updates on the progress of my order?
Your order will be assigned to a specific member of the Sales Implementation team. This person will monitor your order until it is completed, and will be in touch with you to provide regular updates on the progress of your request.
 
7. Who do I call if I want to change any details about my request?
