No more forms for you to fill in
When you request a new or modified service from your Salesperson or Account Manager, a Sales Implementation Team member will contact you. They will do the work to confirm the details and collect any additional information. You will simply need to verify and sign the completed paperwork!

You'll know the status of your request
Your Sales Implementation Team member will pro-actively monitor the provisioning of your service, update you on the progress, and notify you when your order is fulfilled. You can relax knowing that your order is getting the attention it deserves.

One convenient number for all your service order queries
If you have any changes, questions or issues regarding your service request, there is one convenient number to call to be connected to your Sales Implementation Team member. Simply call 1300 300 514 for any queries.

Your main AAPT contact person remains the same
Your Sales Implementation Team member will work closely with your Salesperson or Account Manager, so your main contact at AAPT will remain the same.

At AAPT we constantly look for ways to improve the services we deliver to you, our valued customers. Effective as of the 16th of May, our new service order process and Sales Implementation Team aims to ensure that your service order requests are provisioned quickly, efficiently and on-target.
