Direct Access (DAL)

The AAPT Direct Access Outbound service is accessed using Direct Access Lines, which directly connect the AAPT Outbound Voice Network (Network) to the PABX test point frame at your nominated sites. Local, National, Fixed to Mobile and International calls are routed directly to the Network via a dedicated link to each site.

Preselected Access (Switched)

The AAPT Switched Outbound service provides Local, National, Fixed Line to Mobile and International telephone calls from fixed line telephones anywhere in Australia. The AAPT Switched Outbound service may be accessed using Multi-Carrier Preselection or Coded Access.

AAPT FreeDial 1800

The AAPT "FreeDial 1800" service allows callers to contact you from anywhere in Australia using a ten digit Inbound Service Number. The caller pays no call charges if the call is made from a standard telephone service. Charges may be incurred if callers use non-standard telephone services, including payphones and mobile phones.

AAPT LocalDial 1300

The AAPT "LocalDial 1300" service allows callers to contact you from anywhere in Australia using a ten digit Inbound Service Number. The caller pays the local call rate applicable to it if the call is made from a standard telephone service. Additional charges may be incurred if callers use non-standard telephone services, including payphones and mobile phones.

AAPT EasyDial 13

The AAPT "EasyDial 13" service allows callers to contact you from anywhere in Australia using a six digit Inbound Service Number. The caller pays the local call rate applicable to it if the call is made from a standard telephone service. Additional charges may be incurred if callers use non-standard telephone services, including payphones and mobile phones.

AAPT Presence

The AAPT "Presence" service allows callers to contact you from anywhere in Australia using a local geographic Inbound Service Number. The caller pays a local charge if the call is made from a standard telephone service. Additional charges may be incurred if callers use non-standard telephone services, including payphones and mobile phones.

AAPT ITFS

The AAPT International Toll Free (ITF) Service allows callers to contact you from designated overseas countries using the defined Service Number format of that country. The caller pays no call charges if the call is made from a standard telephone service in certain countries. Charges may be incurred if callers use non-standard telephone services, including payphones and mobile phones or are calling from certain countries.

AAPT Telstra Rebill

The AAPT Telstra Rebill service allows you to direct charges for Telstra services, which would otherwise appear on a Telstra invoice, to AAPT to be invoiced to you by AAPT on an AAPT invoice.
